‍When you provide your email address to download free resources (such as the Sales Leak Checklist) or request a free Sales Leak Audit™, you consent to be added to our email communications.
We send useful content, insights, and offers designed to help you grow your eCommerce business.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails.

‍5. Use of Client Results & Case Studies
‍We may share client results, stories, or case studies to demonstrate our work and marketing approach.If you prefer, we can anonymise your details (removing brand names and identifiable data).
You have the right to opt out of having your results used in marketing before signing a service agreement.

‍6. Payments & Refunds
‍All payments for services are made via invoice and direct bank transfer.
Payment terms (amounts, due dates, instalments if any) will be agreed in writing before work begins.
We do not offer refunds on services. By engaging us, you acknowledge and accept this.
If you fail to make payment on time, we may pause work until payment is received.
