I’ve worked in eCommerce since I was 18. Sales Leak Labs exists to help brands stop losing money on broken sites and start scaling profitably.
I’ve been fascinated by websites since my early teens. What started as a hobby — building and designing sites for friends — turned into a career as I began working professionally in eCommerce.
Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked across web development, design, SEO, paid ads, and affiliate marketing. I’ve freelanced, worked in-house, and in 2024 I launched my agency, Ace It SEO.
With Ace It SEO, we helped businesses grow through SEO, web, and advertising services — and in 2025, we were recognised with the Best IT Services Company of the Year (Regional Award). That recognition confirmed we knew how to deliver results.
But I also realised something important: affordable pricing attracts the wrong clients. I had people asking for discounts on already underpriced full-service websites and ads, or telling me “my mate can do it for £100.” Others assumed low pricing meant low quality.
That experience taught me a hard truth: undercharging doesn’t help businesses — it just undervalues the work and blocks growth.
That’s why I created Sales Leak Labs — a rebrand with a sharper focus. Instead of selling tasks at bargain rates, we help eCommerce brands plug the leaks costing them sales, and scale profitably with growth systems that actually work.
