Project agreements
The scope, deliverables, prices, payment dates and timescales for paid work are agreed in writing in a proposal, statement of work or contract. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order. Your specific written agreement governs your project where it differs from this general information.
Results and resources
Articles, examples and resources provide general information. They are not a promise of a particular outcome. Sales, rankings and other commercial results depend on your business, implementation and market conditions.
Requesting information allows us to respond to that request. It does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Where you separately subscribe, you can unsubscribe.
Payments, changes and cancellation
Payment amounts, instalments and due dates are agreed before work starts. The existing general service policy is that fees are not refundable, subject to your written agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Overdue payments may result in work being paused. Termination and notice arrangements follow your individual contract, and outstanding fees remain payable where due.
Ownership and confidentiality
Our materials, tools and frameworks remain ours unless ownership is transferred by written agreement. Permissions to use, modify or redistribute deliverables are set out in that agreement. Client information is treated confidentially, subject to authorised delivery arrangements and legal requirements. Case-study use and any anonymisation or opt-out should be agreed before work begins.
Client cabinet
Access is assigned to authorised client contacts. Keep your sign-in details private and tell support if access needs changing. Upload only files you are authorised to share. Reports and requests in the cabinet support the project agreement; a request does not automatically change its scope or price.
Third parties and responsibility
External platforms have their own terms and availability. Our general service terms exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit liability to fees paid for the relevant services, subject to your written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and governing law
See our privacy policy for how we use personal information. Agreements are governed by the law of England and Wales unless the written contract provides otherwise, subject to any mandatory legal protections. Updates to this page do not retrospectively replace an agreed project contract.
