PRIVACY

Your information.

How we use information shared through our website and client cabinet. Updated 7 September 2026.

Who is responsible?

Sales Leak Labs LTD, registered in England and Wales, is responsible for the personal information described here. Our registered office is 22 Linnhe Avenue, Bradford, BD6 2TQ. Contact support@salesleaklabs.co.uk about privacy, or growth@salesleaklabs.co.uk about a new project.

What we use and why

Enquiries include your name, email, business, selected service, budget and message, plus a website URL, callback preferences and phone number if you provide them. We also save the page you enquired from and any campaign labels supplied with that link to understand which enquiries our pages generate. No advertising cookie is added by this form. We use these to answer you, assess your project and prepare a proposal. Providing them is voluntary; without contact details and a description we cannot respond meaningfully.

For clients, we also process account details, project records, reports, uploaded files, requests, approvals and correspondence to deliver and support the agreed work. Hosting and authentication services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs to operate and protect the service. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

Our reasons for processing

We rely on taking steps towards a contract and performing a contract where appropriate. For business contacts and routine administration, our legitimate interests are responding to requests, maintaining client relationships and protecting the service. We also retain information required for legal and accounting obligations. Marketing is separate from project enquiries: submitting this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

We keep email delivery records so acknowledgements and internal notifications can be retried when necessary. Short-lived hashed email and network identifiers limit repeated form submissions and are scheduled for removal after one day.

Service providers and storage

Providers supporting this website include Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for database and account services, and Resend when email notifications are enabled. Relevant information may also be processed by our email provider and authorised people delivering your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Cloud providers may process information outside the UK. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and service configuration. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries while needed to answer them and manage reasonable follow-up. Client records are kept for the project relationship and any subsequent support, accounting or dispute-resolution needs. Our existing client-record policy allows retention for up to six years; the appropriate period depends on the record and applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss a particular record or request deletion.

Cookies and account access

Client sign-in uses storage needed to maintain and protect your session. Blocking essential storage may prevent account features from working. The enquiry form is not a marketing subscription or permission for advertising tracking. Read our cookie policy for more information about browser storage and your controls.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email support@salesleaklabs.co.uk to make a request.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. We update this notice when the website or our handling of information changes.
